For over 25 years I have been helping people through tough times, difficult situations, and life stress. One thing I have learned is that sometimes we all need some additional life skills.
While working as a manager, mentor, coach and now as a therapist, I have often found that people can benefit from a review of basic life skills. Because of this, I have created Life Skills Coaching webinar series.
These webinars have the sole goal to help people learn or re-learn personal and professional life skills. These webinars are not intended to replace your regular life coach or therapist if you are working with one, but rather, give you additional ways to approach some of life’s challenges.
Life coaching can help with virtually any aspect of someone’s life, whether it is in their personal or professional life. When you struggling to find a balance with your work and personal life. Repeating the same unfulfilling job day after day, week after week. Not having the personal happiness that you want. Hungry for a new start but unsure of where to even start. Feeling unsure, unappreciated, unseen. I’m here to tell you that there’s more.
There’s more to work, more to life, and more to you. And I want to help you find it.
Life Skills Coaching is for anyone that needs a little push. With webinars that are solution-focused, you’ll gain more knowledge around topics such as Developing Boundaries, Understanding Your Feelings and Emotions, Human Behavior Change, Understanding the word Friendship, learning Mindfulness, and more.
While I do love inspirational quotes and positive meme’s, I’m more interested in you gaining real-life results. My hope for you is that you will take the lessons provided, set goals for your own life, and put them into practice. It doesn’t take long to create new habits.
During my time completing my doctoral program, my dissertation focused on behavior change. What I learned the most is that we have to have the desire to make change. That desire for change is what allows us to do something different, to feel a little uncomfortable, and even push ourselves in new directions. It can be scary at first, but the confidence that we gain is definitely worth it in the end. I wish everyone the best on their journey for change.
